David Knight
Born in Newcastle, Australia, David joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1972 and found himself onboard HMAS Sydney on its final trip to Vietnam. After 24 years of Navy service David com-menced a new career in consulting before retiring in 2009. David is married, with four adult children and two grandchildren. When he is not writing, David enjoys cooking, loves a glass of red wine and accompanies the family dog on twice daily excursions.
