Born in Queensland, Kate Macnamara lives with her husband in southern New South Wales, Australia. She is an experienced registered counsellor and workshop facilitator in private practice in the regional city of Albury.

Kate has integrated counselling with deep transformational healing to create a holistic approach that meets the individual wherever they are at, in their mind, body and soul and supports them to journey into their own empowerment. Furthermore, she has developed a series of workshops called ‘Returning to Wholeness’ which she facilitates at regular intervals to support others with their healing journey and spiritual awakening. She has a love of mysticism and is a gifted intuitive.
